Periodic maintenance for your vehicle are important for Its Advanced Performance And live longer

Perform regular maintenance will guarantee its performance capabilities and age of your vehicle. The following are the recommended intervals to public passenger vehicles, SUVs, minivans and pickup trucks and based on the oil changes done every 3,000 miles. Every month check the following:


Engine light is o-If the engine light remains on after the vehicle is started, check the owner's manual for possible malfunctions. The vehicle may have emissions or sensor problem. If it is flashing, it indicates a problem that is more serious and requires immediate attention.


o the lights inside and outside the vehicle. Check the fuses first, then the bulb. Buy the recommended size and type for your vehicle at your local auto parts store. If you are unsure of the type, Maid in the auto parts store can find the right light or fuse.


o tire inflation and the right conditions-not only the correct pressure to help ensure the life of the tires, but also your gas mileage. Check the treads and general condition of each tires including spare. Tires must be free of bulges, cracks and uneven wear. One imperfection is a sign of a replacement is necessary.


o the windshield washer fluid-some vehicles have two reservoirs. If the fluid is low, please replace with ordinary tap water. Fill with fluid washer windshield only a local part of your store.


Every 3 months or 3000 miles (whichever comes first) check the following:


o Automatic Transmission Fluid-fluid Check with running engine and transmission in the Park. If the dipstick indicates it is low, add the type of manufacturer recommended until the dipstick shows full already. If the type of fluid is unknown or difficult to read on the dipstick, contact your local auto parts store and ask for help. ATF only need replaced every 2 years or 24,000 miles.


o battery and battery cables should be clean and safe to install. If the battery is three years or more, should be tested and inspected and replaced if necessary. Visit the Parts Plus Auto stores to purchase batteries if needed.


O-belt Check V-belt and serpentin for wear and tear. They don't have to have any signs of cracking, fraying, or this glass shows excessive wear and require replacement. The Timing belt is usually replaced every 60,000 to 90,000 miles and can be purchased or ordered from the auto parts store.


o water and oil filter-check the engine air filter on every oil change and replaced annually or sooner if filter is oil soaked or shows signs of excessive wear and tear. The oil Filter should be replaced and changed every oil change to maximize the performance of this machine.


o Fuel Filter – check. For vehicles with carburettor, filter should be replaced every year while those with fuel injection only need to be replaced every two years or 24,000 miles.


Hose o-check and change when cracked, leaking, rusted or limited.


o Power steering fluid-check when the car is warm and if topping off is required on a regular basis, then it's time to get it inspected to find the leak.
